Economist and banking expert with exceptional academic reputation and more than twenty years of experience in the banking industry in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. Slawomir Lachowski has a proven record of innovation and successful strategic thinking. He is a founder of three successful banking start-ups: mBank, MultiBank and Bank SMART. In 2000 he launched mBank – a first, online-only bank in Poland based on a low-cost finance business model, which turned out to be a disruptive innovation that transformed Poland's retail banking market (currently 3 rd largest bank in Poland and 4 th in the Czech Republic and Slovakia in terms of the number of retail customers; market cap USD 5,7 billion).

Since 2016 has managed three startups projects from Israel in life-science sector, which have received EU grants. Responsible for cooperating and negotiating with strategic partners and creating policy of the company, involved in all operational and financial activities . Agnieszka started her carrier as an Economic and Marketing Specialist responsible for marketing strategies preparation, product creation, establishing relationships with partners and clients from the EU region.
